MyCIF
The Malaysia Co-Investment Fund (MyCIF), administered by the Securities Commission Malaysia, was established as part of Belanjawan 2019 to support the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as well as Social Enterprises.
It co-invests alongside private investors through Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) and Peer-to-Peer Financing (P2P) platforms, helping to increase access to funding and encourage broader participation in Malaysia's investment ecosystem.

NIMP 2030 Strategic Co-Investment Fund
CoSIF
The New Industrial Master Plan 2030 (NIMP 2030) Strategic Co-Investment Fund (NIMP CoSIF), is a joint initiative by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry and the Securities Commission Malaysia. It aims to accelerate growth for Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Mid-Tier Companies (MTCs) in strategic manufacturing and industrial sectors.
NIMP CoSIF will co-invest alongside private investors through ECF and P2P platforms, at a pre-determined ratio of either 2:1 or 1:1, depending on the business sector.
