TP Trader Academy Sdn. Bhd. ("TP Trader") was established in November 2024 with a focus on delivering curriculum-based trading education to retail traders across Malaysia. Backed by a founder with over 14 years of professional trading experience, the Academy delivers practical, systematic trading education designed to help aspiring traders develop sustainable trading skills.
The Academy currently offers three (3) flagship and premium courses covering gold, cryptocurrency, and global indices. These programmes are delivered through live online classes, complemented by physical training sessions and ongoing mentorship via active WhatsApp and Discord communities. Students benefit from real- time trading demonstrations, interactive Q&A sessions, and continuous guidance, enabling them to apply proven trading strategies with confidence beyond the classroom. Despite its recent establishment, TP Trader achieved RM3.32 million in revenue within its first year of operations, underscoring the Company's ability to rapidly gain market traction and validate demand for its structured trading education programmes.
Many retail traders struggle to achieve consistent profitability. ESMA reports that 74-89% of retail investor accounts lose money trading CFDs, while the U.S. CFTC reports that approximately two-thirds (67%) of retail forex traders lose money each quarter. This underscores the demand for structured trading education and effective risk management.

TP Trader Academy aims to address these by offering a simplified, time-efficient learning system focused on practical execution.
TP Trader's core solution, offerings:

Our Programmes
TP Trader's four trading programmes offered and the delivery model:

TP Trader differentiates itself from social-media "gurus" and signal providers through three structural advantages:

TP Trader generates revenue primarily through direct-to-consumer sales of online trading courses, with additional income from advanced programs, mentorship, and community-based premium services.

Malaysia's retail trading market has expanded significantly over the past five years, driven by internet penetration, the democratisation of online trading platforms, and growing awareness of alternative asset classes. COVID-19 accelerated this trend, drawing millions of new retail participants into financial markets regionally.

TP Trader's strategy is to scale through brand growth, premium revenue growth, technology enhancement, and English-language programme expansion across Southeast Asia. The strategy pillars are as below:

TP Trader has rapidly built an active learner community and established strong market traction in the trading education space. Within its first 12 months of operations, the Company generated RM3.32 million in revenue and attracted approximately 1,752 student enrolments, demonstrating early market acceptance of its education model. The Company now averages approximately 100 student enrolments per month, with Gold Hunter emerging as its best-performing programme and generating approximately RM237,400 in monthly revenue.
This early commercial traction is underpinned by the founder's 14 years of professional trading experience, bringing practical market knowledge into the development and delivery of TP Trader's programmes. With an established learner base, proven revenue generation and a growing portfolio of education offerings, TP Trader has built a strong foundation to scale its reach, deepen learner engagement and expand its presence in the trading education market.

TP Trader's financial forecast is underpinned by its student growth strategy, with monthly enrolments projected to increase from approximately 204 to 463 students, supported by programme expansion and international reach. This planned expansion in its learner base is expected to support continued revenue growth and strengthen the Company's position in the trading education market.
